HURRISAFE 7050 is a concentrated a water-based readily biodegradable, non-flammable, non-chlorinated, industrial degreaser for use in heated immersion tanks, dip tanks, and ultrasonic to clean and degrease parts.
HURRISAFE 7050 does not contain sodium or potassium hydroxide's, and, is therefore not corrosive to skin or soft metals. Use in heated immersion tanks, spray cabinet washers, ultrasonic equipment, and heated dip tanks. Exceptional heavy-dutycleaning performance due to state-of-the-art chemistry and exceptionally high concentration. Non-flammable, non-combustible, no flash point, compatible with nearly all metals and plastics. Dilatable with water to tailor performance to soil type and amount, and to optimize economics.
HURRISAFE 7050is designed to be heated from 135 ° to 190°F. For use in high- pressure spray wash systems the temperature must be at 135 °F or higher for the defoamer to be effective. DILUTION:The dilution ranges from 2% to 35% depending on the severity of the cleaning problem and the method of application.
RINSING:Is optional and dependent on the cleaning process adapted by the user.
DRYING: Drying can be accomplished by forced air heat, air knives ordrying ovens dependent on the cleaning process adapted by the user.

SAFETY
Rubber gloves are recommended to prevent drying of the skin.Goggles should be worn if splashing is expected.
