HURRISAFE (9065) INDUSTRIAL AEROSPACE DEGREASER: MIL-PRF-29602 A:is a concentrated excellent water-based cleaning agent for replacing solvents, especially 140° to 150° F flash point hydrocarbon solvents,(also known as PD680) and other chlorinated solvents typically used in manual and automated parts cleaners.Hurrisafe 9065 is HAPs FREE non-flammable, very low VOC (less than 5%)degreaser that removes typical oil/grease and other soils more effectively and dries much more rapidly than the high flash point (>140° F) solvents used today throughout the manufacturing industry.Hurrisafe contains powerful rust inhibitors to eliminate flash corrosion common to cast iron and certain other ferrous metals.Hurrisafe contains defoamers to insure the product is ideally suited for heated high-pressure spray cabinet washers, conveyorized spray systems, immersion tanks and ultrasonic without foaming. For use in both cold and heated manual parts washers at a 3:1 dilution where rust protection is required, replacingPD680, 140 Naphtha and Aromatic 150 solvents.
