9030 ORIGINAL DEGREASER
HURRISAFE ORIGINAL DEGREASER is designed to overcome surface tension, lift soils, emulsify and suspend a broad range of petroleum, animal or organic oils, greases, and dirt quickly.
HURRISAFE ORIGINAL DEGREASER is safe for all washable surfaces and is an ideal industrial cleaner degreaser for small parts and equipment, machinery, trucks, floors, walls, counter tops and kitchen areas.
HURRISAFE ORIGINAL DEGREASER is a concentrated biodegradable, non-flammable, non-toxic, water-soluble, cleaner degreaser that has no- terpenes and no VOCs.
HURRISAFE 9030 IS AN ENVIRONMENTALLY PREFERRED Aqueous-Based Cleaner Degreaser. Hurrisafe is non-toxic, readily biodegradable, water-soluble, non-flammable, non-combustible, non-hazardous degreaser that has low VOCs and contains no terpenes.
HURRISAFE ORIGINAL DEGREASER HAS TWO USDA APPROVALS:
1. As a floor and wall cleaner for official establishments operating under the Federal meat,
poultry, shell egg grading, and egg products inspection programs.
2. As a carbon remover for food cooking or smoking equipment, utensils, or other
associated surfaces in official establishments operating under the Federal meat,
poultry, rabbit, shell, egg grading, and egg products inspection programs.
HURRISAFE 9030 ORIGINAL DEGREASER: Concentrated water-based cleaner-
degreaser is designed for use as (1) a pre-soak solution prior to steam cleaning and/or
(2) with high pressure steam cleaners and pressure washers. To quickly removes oils,
greases, hydraulic fluids, fuel residue and a variety of soils. Safe for all washable surfaces
cleans and degreases parts, industrial equipment, trucks, machinery, engines, tankers,
fleet vehicles, tanks, military vehicles, armored personnel carriers and road construction
equipment.
HURRISAFE 9030 ORIGINAL DEGREASER leaves no residue on surface after cleaning
and is safe for use with all plastics, rubber, plastics, painted and un-painted surface and
will not cause pitting or discoloring to aluminum and other metal substrates.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE IN STEAM CLEANING:
Dilute with water according to Equipment psi. See dilution chart below:
1. WET. Wet surface to be cleaned with water.
2. APPLY. Apply HURRISAFE according to chart above and based on recommendations
by equipment manufacturers directions for equipment use.
3. RINSE. Rinse cleaned surface with water.
4. RUST-PREVENTATIVE. For items that have a tendency to rust; or, if the specifications
require - Treat Cleaned Parts with previously approved Rust
Inhibitor.
PRESSURE DILUTION
100 - 300 psi 3:1
300 - 500 psi 8:1
500 - 1000 psi 12:1
1000 - 1500 psi 15:1
1500 - 2500 psi 20:1
2500 - PLUS psi 25:1
DIRECTIONS FOR USE IN PRE-SOAKING:
1. Dilute. Hurrisafe 9030 with water 3:1 (3 parts water to one part Hurrisafe.)
2. Add to Sprayer. Add the diluted Hurrisafe to a coarse sprayer, or low-pressure sprayer.
3. Spray Area. Soak the entire surface to be cleaned to break down and emulsify the
heavy oils, dirt, grease, hydraulic oils and greases from the surface that
is being cleaned.
4. Soak time. After spraying, the parts shall be soaked effectively for a minimum of 10-15
minutes prior to using steam to clean the surface.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE FOR MANUAL AND AUTOMATIC FLOOR CLEANING:
HURRISAFE 9030 Original Degreaser effectively removes dirt, dust, shop soils, tire marks,
hydraulic oils, uncured paints and coatings, grease, and a broad range of petroleum oils
from a variety of surfaces. and specifically designed for use in manual floor cleaning:
automatic Floor Scrubber and High Pressure /Steam Cleaners.
1. Recommended Dilution For Manual Industrial Floor Cleaning
Soil Type Dilution % of Hurrisafe (Water-9030)
Light soils: dirt, 25-50%
Light oil 10-25%
Medium soils: 7-15%
Heavy Oil Grease 5-10%
Tire Marks, Heal Marks 3-12%
1. Dilute Hurrisafe 9030 as listed above depending on the type of soil being removed.
2. Follow normal procedures for manual mopping. Removal of difficult soils can be greatly
enhanced by allowing the cleaning solution to soak the soil for 3 to 5 minutes. Do not
allow to dry before mopping up excess.
3. Mop up dissolved dirt.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove all traces of dirt and cleaner.
5. Follow with an industrial floor wax or sealer.
2. Recommended Dilution for Automatic Floor Scrubber Machines:
1 - Gallon Hurrisafe for Light Soils
2 - Gallons Hurrisafe for Medium Soils
3 - Gallons Hurrisafe for Heavy Soils
Directions for Use In Automatic Floor Scrubber:
Add water followed by cleaner to minimize foaming. Follow the directions provided by
the manufacturer for operation of the floor scrubber.
Pre-Wash: For automatic floor scrubber with a separate pre-wash holding tank for
removing heavy soils and rubber tire marks. Dilute Hurrisafe 9030 1:1 with
water. Add the diluted solution into the pre-wash tank.
