HEATED PARTS WASHER

  Hurrisafe SW140 Stainless Steel Parts Washer that when used in combination with
  Hurrisafe 9065, Mil-PRF-29602A, Type I, provides equal or better cleaning power
  to remove dirt, grime, oil and grease that had been achieved using only high VOC
  solvents.  The force of the spray jets in combination with heat and Hurrisafe 9065
  quickly remove oils, grease, carbon and other soils from part being cleaned.  

  The Hurrisafe SW140 has a built in j- pipe to remove sludge from the bottom of the
  tanks and oil skimming system that removes floating oils continuously as the
  system is operated. 

  The Hurrisafe SW140 has an automatic shut-off where the washer automatically
  shuts off when the door is open to prevent injuries in the workplace if the machine
  is stopped before the cleaning cycle is ended.  A 12 KW heater allows the cleaning
  solution to be heated up to 200° Fahrenheit.

  Hurrisafe SW140 has removable parts racks and comes with a variety of parts
  baskets and transmission rack to accommodate the different size and shapes of
  parts to be cleaned for both complex jet engine parts that need to be 100% clean
  and dry to automotive transmission, heavy duty machine gears, small screws,
  injectors, washers, valves and all other items without the use of hazardous
  solvents.  
  
  Each Hurrisafe SW140 is equipped with automatic fill and low water shut-off to
  prevent damage to the heating elements and pumps that can otherwise occur
  when the water level is too low.

  All wetted components are stainless steel, cabinet, pump, manifolds, turntable,
  v-jet nozzles, parts rack, parts basket, transmission rack, head rack, and oil
  coalescer to insure a twenty (20) year equipment life usage.
