AIRCRAFT SOLUTIONS

 1.         HURRISAFE (8015) HK-188 AIRCRAFT EXTERIOR CLEANER:  Ideal for maintenance cleaning of helicopters and other aircraft. HURRISAFE will remove carbonaceous soils, including exhaust deposits, oily soot and other oxidized organic fluids associated with jet engine and helicopter operations. 

AIRCRAFT EXTERIOR CLEANING:  HURRISAFE is recommended to be diluted 8:1 with water and applied by spraying, mop, sponge, and brush or foam generator.  Apply diluted HURRISAFE to aircraft surface by mop or brush, follow by rinsing with a hose.  For exhaust areas, apply diluted cleaner and allow to remain on the area for up to five minutes to penetrate carbon build-up, and then follow by rinsing with water.

 AIRCRAFT WIPE-ON WIPE-OFF PRIOR TO PAINTING: For  use on cleaning aircraft exterior surfaces, aircraft metal parts, and cleaning of exterior surfaces by wipe-on, wipe-off  prior to painting, bonding, and application of primer or adhesives.  Used diluted 1:1 to 4:1 with water; dip a clean cloth into the diluted Hurrisafe solution and wring out almost dry, wipe entire surface, wipe dry with a second clean cloth.  Replaces MEK, Toluene, MIBK, and various high VOC petroleum and chlorinated solvents.

2.         HURRISAFE (8065) Ready-To Use AIRCRAFT EXTERIOR CLEANER:  No dilution required.  Hurrisafe 8065 is designed to remove a wide range of soils, including grease, carbon residue, heal marks and dirt  from aircraft and helicopter surfaces in a wipe-on wipe-off application.  Use and bugs without scratching the surface.  Hurrisafe, when used as directed, will not streak or leave a film behind.  Hurrisafe is a spray-on / wipe-off liquid cleaner that is quick and easy to use, and is safe for all washable surfaces including vinyl, metals, especially aluminum and rubber.  Hurrisafe (8065) Ready-To-Use is environmentally safe and contains no caustics, is non-flammable, non-hazardous and has low VOCs.
