TEC 30 is a liquid  acid cleaner that quickly and effectively brightens aluminum and other metals as it cleans . TEC 30  is non-flammable, non-combustible and  odor-free.

TEC 30 is safe to use on metals, including steel, copper, and bronze.  TEC 30 removes stains and accumulated deposits without harming under surface of wood, tile, glass, brick, vitreous china, marble and plastic.

Easy to use: TEC 30  can be used in cold dip tanks or immersion tanks or in heated immersion tanks and in-line spray cleaning systems.

In a Spray in-line system TEC 30 Can be heated up to 190° with the average temperature range 150°F. Do not use spray below 135° F as foam will then occur.  To eliminate foam raise temperature past 135 °F.

Light Soils: it is recommended that TEC 30  be used at 10-15 % solution, applied cold with a stiff brush or sponge or used in a  heated in-line spray-immersion tank up to 135-160 °F.

Medium Soils: it is recommended that TEC 30  be used at 15-35 % solution applied cold with a stiff brush or sponge or heated in a heated in-line spray-immersion tank up to  135- 160 °F.

Heavy Scale deposits it is recommended that TEC 30 to be used at full strength or diluted 1:1 with water and applied cold with a stiff brush or sponge or heated in a heated in-line spray-immersion tank up to  135- 160 °F.

For spot cleaning TEC 30 can be applied cold with a stiff brush or sponge or used with a low-pressure sprayer at full strength.  Allow short penetration time and then rinse with water. Repeating spraying until desired cleaning is achieved.

RINSING : a through 5-minute water rinsing after each application is required to stop the  cleaning and brightening caused by the acid in the cleaning solution.   

TEC-30  will not prevent rust from forming, therefore, treated surfaces must be finished or protected from rust with a rust inhibitor or coating.  

CAUTION:  Harmful if swallowed, but if you do, drink large amounts of water and get medical attention.  Avoid getting solution in eyes if you do, flush eyes with running water.  If irritation persists, get medical attention. May cause irritation of skin in prolonged use without gloves.
